The reception service included a warm welcome. The staff helped with luggage, which i found very kind. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with toast and eggs.

I could hear music from a nearby pub until late at night, impacting sleep.

The standard double room was clean and had air conditioning. Slippers were provided in the room (a thoughtful touch). The hot water worked very well in the shower.

friendly staff excellent location fresh coffee

the staff was friendly and helpful (i especially liked the water refill option). the location is excellent since it's close to the train, subway, and many sights are within walking distance. they offer morning snacks with fresh coffee and tea, a nice touch.

the bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

irene at reception was helpful. leaving my luggage both before check-in and after check-out was easy. the hotel's location is fantastic near restaurants and an mrt station.

The room was quite small. That is my only minor issue.
