The reception service included a warm welcome. The staff helped with luggage, which i found very kind. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast with toast and eggs.

I could hear music from a nearby pub until late at night, impacting sleep.

the staff was friendly and helpful (i especially liked the water refill option). the location is excellent since it's close to the train, subway, and many sights are within walking distance. they offer morning snacks with fresh coffee and tea, a nice touch.
